Applications for Spring/Summer 2020 admission, awards, and residence will be opening in early December. Please check the Undergraduate Admissions website at that time for more information.
CCIDs and student ID numbers are issued within a week after submitting your application. In the meantime, ensure that you are able to log in to UAlberta Launchpad for updates to your application status. We appreciate your patience!
If you have not received your temporary PIN to log in to Launchpad, please call Student Connect at 780-492-3113 or toll-free at 1-855-492-3113 to request it to be resent to you.
Applicants who wish to be assessed for a different program after a decision has been made on their application should contact Student Connect to submit a request for consideration. Program change requests after a decision has been made are not guaranteed to be processed.
Once you have submitted your application and have gained access to UAlberta Launchpad, in most cases you will be able to upload electronic copies of your transcripts. These will be used for your preliminary evaluation, however, official documents may be required at a later time. Once an Admissions Advisor has evaluated your application, your Checklist will be updated.
If you are fulfilling English Language Proficiency or Spoken English Proficiency by taking an IELTS or TOEFL test, you can upload an electronic copy of your Test Report Form through UAlberta Launchpad. Ensure that the electronic copy is legible and it contains your Test Report Form number (for IELTS).
