Transfer Awards
Transfer Awards are for students transferring to an undergraduate degree program at the University of Alberta from another postsecondary institution with a minimum of 24 transferable credits.
What can I apply for?
Scholarships for students transferring to the U of A from other postsecondary institutions are sorted into the following three competitions.
You only have to complete one application per competition.

Minimum award average of ~95% in Grades 10, 11, and 12; same level of excellence on postsecondary work | March 1 - Prior to entering the U of A | |
Outstanding leadership; minimum GPA of 3.5 or equivalent | October 15 - First year at U of A | |
Excellence in athletics or fine arts; minimum GPA of 3.5 or equivalent | N/A |
