Requirements

Admission to the U of A is based on various general and Faculty-specific requirements.

All students are required to meet spoken and written English language requirements (French, if applying to the Facultý Saint-Jean) in order to be admitted.

Each Faculty has specific admission requirements for their individual degree programs that must be met.

Students who have attended school outside Alberta should ensure that their secondary education background meets the equivalent subject requirements.

All degree programs have a minimum admission average that must be met prior to being admitted.
