Early Final Admission for IB Students
The University of Alberta grants Early Final Admission to IB Diploma students based on predicted scores to all direct-entry Faculties! To be considered for Early Final Admission, you need to:
- Apply to the University of Alberta.
- Present six IB courses, five of which need to be the required subjects for your program.
- Present a competitive diploma score. Competitive scores range from 28-34 points (excluding bonus points) depending on your program.
- Have the Predicted IB Grades Form completed and authenticated by your IB Coordinator.
- Have your IB Coordinator submit your predicted scores to the University of Alberta as soon as possible.
IB Diploma students who do not meet the competitive diploma score and IB Certificate students can be considered for Early Admission by sending all interim and final grade 12 grades with full course names to IB@registrar.ualberta.ca.
