Esther Fraser Memorial Scholarship

Field of Study: Religious Studies

Conditions: Awarded annually for academic excellence to a student majoring in Religious Studies in a second, third or fourth year program at the University of Alberta.

Gandhi Foundation Scholarship for Peace Studies

Field of Study: Interdisciplinary Studies

Conditions: Awarded to a student with superior academic achievementcontinuing in or convocating from any year of study in a Bachelor of Arts, who has completed at least three Peace and Post-Conflict Studies Certificate courses. Selection based on academic standing.

Funded by: Mahatma Gandhi Canadian Foundation for World Peace with a matching donation from the Faculty of Arts.

Lynn Morgan Community Service-Learning Scholarship

Field of Study: Open

Conditions: Awarded to a student with superior academic achievement entering the third or fourth year of an undergraduate degree who has taken a minimum of two Community Service-Learning (CSL) courses or one CSL course and the non-profit board internship. Selection based on outstanding community service demonstrated through involvement in the CSL program, other voluntary work, and academic standing. Preference given to a student participating in the CSL Certificate Program.
