114.11 Degree of Bachelor of Medical Science

    The degree of Bachelor of Medical Science may be awarded to students in the DDS or MD program at the end of the second year of that program who have fulfilled the following requirements at this or another university:

(1)

Two or more years of social sciences, general sciences, physical sciences or engineering, with successful completion of undergraduate course work totaling no less than *60 with one academic year of *30.

(2)

Successful completion of Year 1 and 2 of the DDS or MD program.

Provisions

(1)

None of the courses mentioned above have been used for credit toward another degree.

(2)

The final two years must be taken at the University of Alberta.

(3)

All courses have been successfully completed.
